Spikes of large soft pink plumes on gracefully arching stems with green, fern-like foliage. Color pops out of the gloom in shade gardens & in wooded areas. Blooms June – July.
Cultivation: Easily grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils in part shade to full shade. Prefers moist, humusy, organically rich soils. Soil must not be allowed to dry out.
Utilization: Shade gardens, woodland gardens and shaded areas of borders & cottage gardens. Plant along pond or stream banks.
