An AAS winner mix of heirloom beets coming in red, gold, white and pink. Roots develop 3 to 6 inches in diameter. Grow in full sun in well-drained, moist soil.  A cool weather crop, beets grow best in Spring and Fall. Greens can be eaten or tilled back into the ground after harvest.
