Description
Catnip (aka Catmint) is an herb in the mint family noted for its aromatic leaves, which particularly excite cats. The herb is a native to Eurasia andis used as a seasoning and as a medicinal tea for colds and fevers. Its flowers are said to relieve coughing. Plants produce spikes of small, white, puple-dotted flowers and readily reseeds itself.
