A citrus native to China, thought to be a cross between a true lemon and either a mandarin or common orange. Meyers are sweeter and
rounder than standard lemons. The skin is fragrant, thin, colored a deep yellow with a slight orange tint when ripe. An excellent potted fruit tree that produces every year. Grows best outdoors in summer and wintered indoors with good natural lighting. Fertilize regularly with fertilizers tailored to citrus’ needs. Tree performs best when the soil is allowed to dry thoroughly between waterings.
