Citrus – Lemon Meyer

Description

Height: 10 to 12 feet

Zones: 7-10 (indoors in winter)

A citrus fruit, native to China, thought to be a cross
between a true lemon and either a mandarin or
common orange. Meyers are sweeter than standard
lemons. The fruit is yellow and rounder than a true
lemon. The skin is fragrant, thin, colored a deep
yellow with a slight orange tint when ripe.

A fragrant potted fruit tree that will grow bright yellow lemons year round. Can be grown indoors or outdoors (make sure to take inside during winter).
