Gaillardia grandiflora Dazzler (Blanket Flower)

Description

PLANT:  Bright, crimson-red, daisy-like flowers with yellow tips. Makes a great long lasting cut flower. Deer resistant and butterfly friendly.

 CULTIVATION:  Prefers full sun and well-drained soil. Keep plants deadheaded to insure a long bloom period.  Average well drained soil.

UTILIZATION:  Showy plant for the front of the garden, or nice addition to the cottage garden. Combines nicely with red or yellow daylilies.
