Description
Large clusters of flowers on dark green foliage, heat and humidity tolerant plants are great all summer bloomers.
Uses Notes
Great in containers and landscapes. Can be used as a cut flower where it is best used in shorter vessels.
Maintenance
Pentas is best grown in good, moist soil, but it can tolerate poorer soils as well. They are quite heat tolerant. An application of controlled release fertilizer at planting should be sufficient, but an additional application in mid-summer will help the plants thrive into Fall.
