Scoville Heat Units: 2,500

Days to Maturity: 75-85 days

Full Sun

Water Needs: water regularly, but allow soil to dry in between waterings – peppers don’t like to be always wet

Peppers are heat loving plants, so don’t plant them outside until all chances of frost are past; night lows must be above 50 degrees F.

A milder chili pepper with an excellent sweet flavor. Fruit matures to a harvest green color, and are  7” long and 1.5” across. These fabulous peppers are used in chili soups, salsas and sauces and make excellent pickling peppers. The plants are disease resistant. Let plant dry between waterings and fertilize every 3 to 4 weeks with a fertilizer higher in phosphorous and potassium and lower in nitrogen.
