‘Hungarian Yellow Wax’ is a medium-hot pepper that brings great flavor and heat to any dish! In addition to the heat, this peppers also provides a sweet flavor similar to the regular banana pepper. Hungarian Yellow Wax is excellent for fresh eating and cooking, but it is also good pepper for pickling.
