The same tomato as the original Big Beef but with some new and improved features, particularly its excellent disease resistance, including newer strains carried by thrip. One of the best loved beefsteak tomatoes on the market, this newer hybrid has improved flavor and sweetness.  Fertilize more heavily once fruit production begins, fertilizing every two weeks with tomato fertilizers. Water regularly to keep fruit production uniform and healthy. Plant with supports or cages. Mulching around plant base recommended.
